You clear spilled debris to keep customer properties clean, assist drivers with backing spotter duties, and report damaged containers to dispatch teams. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site route presence with zero work-from-home availability.
Qualifications & Benefits: Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED preferred. Requires physical endurance to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively across all outdoor seasonal weather conditions, alongside a strong safety orientation.
