Position Summary & Responsibilities
The Safety Specialist conducts field safety audits, driver training programs, and regulatory compliance monitoring across regional haul sites and facility plants. You perform route observations, lead OSHA and DOT compliance training, conduct accident root-cause investigations, and audit facility PPE usage. Working closely with route supervisors, you implement corrective action plans and lead monthly safety meetings to foster a zero-incident work culture.
