Position Summary & Responsibilities
As a Route Driver at Waste Management, you operate heavy commercial collection vehicles along assigned residential, commercial, or industrial service routes. You are responsible for navigating neighborhoods and business districts safely, operating automated container lifting mechanisms, and servicing front-load, rear-load, or roll-off dumpsters. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site driving presence with zero remote work options available.
